Unzip " Fokker_D7Stark.zip" into a temporary file and move the "Fokker_D7Stark" folder into the main CFS2\Aircraft directory. You don't need the FS8-9 install file.
-Move the exhaustflames.fx into your effects folder.
-Move the complete WW1 folder(don't remove the gauges in it !) into your gauges folder.
Start CFS2 and enjoy !
